WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND THIS FORUM?
The Real Estate Investors' Forum was created to be a platform on which real estate investors can gather with national financing sources and transaction service providers to hold direct discussions about creating investment value through unstabilized and distressed properties.
Ranging from the Deals-In-A-Day session to the discussion modules, the agenda was written to uncover and address the myriad of challenges faced by investors and their deal sources in managing the economics of transitioning and distressed properties.
The objective of the sessions is to equip attendees with both financing and deal management insight for assets with challenges that include lease up issues, an environmental history, cash-flow problems, and a transitioning regional/local market.
